c.1910-1920  

Hungarian artist, finished his studies in 1894. He took a scholastic trip to Paris. At first Berkes painted landscapes, and later become known as painter of ‘Cities’. From 1903 he exhibited at the Exhibition Hall, 1937 collective exhibition in Debrecen. One of his paintings are at the Hungarian National Museum.
