American artist from Ohio, Indiana. Robert Hayes (1915 - ?) was a member of the American Watercolor Society, also the D.C. Watercolor Society/ Association, and the best known for his watercolors. "Early Morning. Nova Scotia," circa 1960s. Watercolor on paper, signed on lower right. 21" H x 29" W, overall size is 32" x 40". Condition is excellent.
